titleOfInvention Heating and/or cooking device with a heat storage unit
abstract A heating and / or cooking device comprises a heat accumulator block (2) surrounded by thermal insulation (1), a heating element (3) formed in said accumulator block (2), at least one heat consumer (5) and a heat transfer element (6) starting from the heat accumulator block (2) and guided through the insulation (1) to the heat consumer (5), the heat transfer power of said element being adjustable using a regulating member (7). The performance of the device is considerably improved and its handling is universally simplified in the sense that the heat transfer element is a heat exchanger tube (6) guided by rising from the heat accumulator block (2) up to 'to the heat consumer (5) and that the flow of vapor / liquid in said tube (6) is adjustable by means of the regulating member (7) which can be a valve or a servo valve in communication with a system electric or electronic control.
