abstract The stethoscope comprises a sensor (1) with a membrane (2) connected by a tube (3) to headphones (8 and 9). The tube (3) passes through a box (10) containing an electrical unit connected by a cable (12) to an electrical sensor (11). The electric unit is sensitive to a given range of frequencies and comprises an electro-acoustic transmitter (19) supplying in the tube (3) acoustic signals which are obtained in response according to a determined plane to the signals coming from the sensor (11).
