Heteroaryloxy-β-carboline derivatives of the general formula I <IMAGE> in which R¹ is an optionally substituted heteroaryl radical, R² is hydrogen, lower alkyl or lower alkoxyalkyl, X is a COOR³ group with R³ as H or lower alkyl or a CONR < 4> R <5> group with R <4> and R <5> each have the meaning of hydrogen or lower alkyl, where R <4> and R <5> together with the nitrogen atom form a 5-6-membered heterocycle can form, or an oxadiazolyl radical of the formula <IMAGE> with R <6> in the meaning of hydrogen, lower alkyl or cycloalkyl means, are valuable pharmaceuticals. |
