abstract To make sausages decorated with pasty products, a pasty material is continuously extruded from a nozzle (7) secured to a movable support (5) placed above a conveyor belt in continuous translation (9). The relative movements of the nozzle (7) and the conveyor belt (9) are such that a continuous, regularly wound coil is formed on the latter.
