abstract | Water-soluble triphendioxazine compounds with fiber-reactive dye properties and the general formula (1) in which mean: T is optionally substituted alkyl of 1 to 6 carbon atoms, with the exception of ethyl substituted in the β-position by an alkaline eliminable substituent, the alkyl being -O-, -S-, -NH- and -N (Rʹ) - with Rʹ may be interrupted, optionally substituted alkyl of 1 to 6 carbon atoms, or is optionally substituted aryl, B is -O-, -S-, -NH- or -N (Rʹʹ) - alkyl optionally substituted with Rʹʹ, W is a pontic or W and B together form a direct bond, R is hydrogen or a substituent, R * is hydrogen or a substituent or R * and W, if W contains an amino group, or part of W together with the nitrogen atoms form the remainder of a heterocycle, A is a non-heterocyclic fiber-reactive group or a 2-halogeno-s-triazin-6-yl radical which is in the 4-position by halogen or an optionally sub substituted amino group, which may also contain a fiber-reactive group, or is substituted by a heterocyclic radical or by another halogenotriazinyl radical connected via an amino radical as a bridge member, X¹ and X² are each hydrogen, halogen, cycloalkyl, aralkoxy, alkoxy, aryloxy, alkyl, aryl, aralkyl, cyano, carboxy, carbalkoxy, arylamino, carbamoyl and by alkyl, mono- or disubstituted carbamoyl or arylcarbamoyl, alkanoylamino or aroylamino, the Aryl radicals can each be substituted; of the sulfo and sulfato groups, the molecule contains at least one of these groups, furthermore precursors of the formulas with B * equal to -NH- or -N (Rʹʹ) - and R, R *, W and T of the above meanings.n n n The triphendioxazine compounds are used primarily for dyeing wool and synthetic polyamide fibers and in particular cellulose fibers using the application and fixing methods which are customary for fiber-reactive dyes. |
