titleOfInvention GLYCERO-3 (2) -PHOSPHO-L-SERINE DERIVATIVES AND PHARMACEUTICAL PREPARATIONS CONTAINING THEM.
abstract New glycero-3 (2) -phospho-L-serine derivatives of general formula (I) in which A represents an unsubstituted or substituted (C5-C30) -alkoxy, a (C5-C30) -alkenoxy, a double bond alkenoxy residue not originating from the oxygen-bound carbon atom, a halogen or a group of general formula (II) where n is 0 or an integer 1, 2 or 3, one of the two residues B and C, which is identical to or different from A, has one of the representations indicated for A or is a hydrogen, and the other residue respectively represents the phosphatidyl-L-serine group of formula (III) at the provided that at least one residue A, B or C represents a (C5-C30) -alkoxy or a (C5-C30) -alkenoxy. Also described are the pharmaceutically acceptable salts of the compounds of general formula (I) with bases, their manufacturing process, pharmaceutical preparations containing these compounds as well as their use in medicaments with cytostatic action.
