titleOfInvention Compositions for therapeutical use containing organo-silico-compounds
- The invention relates to a composition for therapeutic use, in particular useful for the treatment of asthma and allergic phenomena n general, sinusitis, herpes and viral hepatitis, shingles and viral diseases in general , characterized in that it comprises, in aqueous solution: (1) at least one organosilicon compound corresponding to any one of the two formulas: in which : - n is an integer between 1 and 1000 and, preferably, between 1 and 50; - p, q, r are whole numbers between 0 and 1000 and preferably between 0 and 60; - R and R ′ representing, independently of one another, a linear, branched or cyclic aliphatic group, saturated or not, and optionally comprising heteroatoms, or flavored, heteroaromatic, arylaliphatic, or heteroarylaliphatic, optionally substituted by groups functional; R can also be OH, OR or OSiR₃. - Σ being R or H or SiR₃; - Σ ′ being chosen from R and more particularly CH₃ or Or, or OH or OSiR₃ (where R is as defined above), or the alkali metal or addition salts with a pharmaceutically acceptable acid, of said compound, the (s) organo-silicon compound (s) being used in concentration varying from 10⁻⁵ to 10⁻¹ gram atom of silicon per liter and more particularly from 10⁻⁴ to 10⁻² gram atom / liter of water, and (2) sodium hyposulfite (Na₂S₂O₃, 5H₂O) or magnesium, the ratio of (1) to (2) being 5 to 50 g of hyposulfite per 1 liter of organosilicon solution, and preferably of about 20 g / liter of organosilicon solution. n n n - Application in particular to the treatment of allergic phenomena.
