titleOfInvention | AGRICULTURAL MACHINE FOR SOIL TILLING. |
abstract | An agricultural soil plowing machine comprises a first row of cutting wheels (132) arranged transversely to the direction of movement, with an essentially horizontal axis, and preceded by a cylindrical roller (34). These cutting wheels (132) serve to break up weeds and/or remnants of a previous crop, such as stems, stubble and the like. A row of ripper members (112) arranged transversely behind the first row includes knives preferably oriented with the point forward to rout and loosen the soil without plowing it. This row is connected to tilling moldboards (14) which partially till the loosened soil. Another transverse row of rotor tools (125) with an essentially horizontal axis has the function of a harrow and is used to carry out the final plowing on 180o and the crumbling of the earth. The axis of the cutting wheels (132) and the rotor tools (125) is inclined orthogonally with respect to the direction of movement of the machine, preferably with an angle comprised between 5° and 45°, while the ripping elements (112 ) extend in the direction of travel. |
