abstract |
The analytic sample containing the coenzyme to be determined, particularly NADH or NADPH, is placed in the presence of a fluorine-containing aromatic compound. In the presence of oxygen and peroxidase, said fluorine-containing compound releases fluoride ions at a rate proportional to the present quantity of coenzyme to be determined. The thus formed F- ions are dosed, thereby leading to the result searched for. |
