abstract |
The alkaline reoxidation of vat and sulfur vat dyes using hydrogen peroxide can only be controlled with difficulty and kept constant. Through the use of agents that release hypochlorite in the heat, e.g. p-Toluenesulfonic acid-N-chloramide sodium, at pH values above 8, combinations of these dyes with differing oxidation behavior can also be reoxidized reliably. At the same time, there was an opportunity to combine the necessary soaping process with reoxidation. |
