abstract |
The present process deals with the production of silicon ester halides. These are produced in a manner known per se by equilibration of chlorosilanes and silane esters. In the production by proportioning described in the present patent, organic phosphorus compounds are used as catalysts. These catalysts enable an almost pure end product with a defined partial ester structure to be obtained and reduce the formation of undesired by-products. The final distillation can also be carried out in the presence of these catalysts without disproportionate destruction of the reaction products taking place. |
