abstract |
ω-Isocyanatoalkyl (meth) acrylates of the general formula (I) <IMAGE> in which A is an alkylene radical, an oxaalkylene radical or a polyoxaalkylene radical each having 2 to 12 carbon atoms and R is H or CH3-, by Reaction of ω-aminoalkanols, ω-amino-oxa-alkanols or ω-amino-polyoxa-alkanols which contain 2 to 12 carbon atoms with urea and an alkanol, transesterification of the carbamic acid esters obtained with acrylic or methacrylic acid alkyl esters and thermal cleavage of the ω-Alkoxycarbamoyl (meth) acrylates (I) and alkanols obtained in the transesterification can be prepared in good yield. |
