titleOfInvention ELIMINATION IN MASS OF WATER CONTAINED IN ORGANIC LIQUIDS.
abstract In an improved method of mass drying organic feeds containing water by selective adsorption of water in fixed molecular filtering beds, a series of at least four fixed adsorption beds are integrated so that at least four fixed adsorption beds are integrated. at least two beds are always involved in the adsorption-drying phase of the treatment cycle, and at least two beds are always subjected to part of the regeneration phase. This results in a closed loop flow of the non-condensable purge gas used to heat and cool the beds subjected to regeneration, the gas passing first through the bed being cooled and then through the bed in progress. heating, the thermal energy extracted from the first being transmitted to the second.
