abstract |
Polyamic acids prepared by condensation of dianhydrides (or trianhydrides) and diamines and preferably dissolved in an appropriate solvent produce shaped polyimide articles (eg films) relatively free of cavities, microscopic holes, cracks and bubbles, when incorporates between about 0.75 and 5 mole% of a polysiloxane in the spine of polyamic acid. |
