titleOfInvention Thieno[2,3-d]imidazole derivatives and process for their preparation
The invention relates to new derivatives of thieno - (2,3-d) imidazoles of the general formula I of the formula sheet in which R, hydrogen, lower alkyl, chlorine, bromine, acetyl, cyclopropylcarbonyl, methoxycarbonyl, ethoxycarbonyl R 2 is hydrogen or lower alkyl R 3 , R s and R 6 independently of one another are hydrogen or lower alkyl, R 4 is hydrogen or lower alkoxy and n is 0 or 1, and their pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salts, a process for their preparation and pharmaceutical preparations which contain these compounds. The new compounds block the (H + + K + ) AT-Pase and can be used as active ingredients for medicinal products for the treatment and prophylaxis of diseases caused by increased gastric secretion.
