$i(AOTUS) INTERSPECIES HYBRIDOMAS AND MONOCLONAL RECEPTORS PRODUCED THEREBY |
abstract |
Hybridomas of the interspecies Aotus trivirgatus, their monoclonal receptors and methods of preparation and use. Hybridomas are prepared by fusing cells producing the Aotus antibody with myeloma cells containing an approximately equal number of chromosomes per cell. The resulting hybridomas are stable and secrete Aotus receptors. Are described particular receptors triggering an immune reaction with antigenic proteins of shizonts and merozoites of Plasmodium falciparum. |
