abstract |
A method for determining human prolyl 4-hydroxylase by an enzyme immunoassay or a radioimmunoassay according to the sandwich technique is provided. The determination is carried out using a first anti-human prolyl 4-hydroxylase antibody which is coated onto a solid phase and a second anti-human prolyl 4-hydroxylase antibody which is labelled with an enzyme or ' 30 tope. Furthermore, a method for the in-vitro diagnosis of hepatic diseases is provided. |
