titleOfInvention | Set catalyst for anhydrite mortars sprayed with a spray gun with an improved storage resistance at a high temperature and humidity, and use of this catalyst |
abstract | The catalyst comprises, in weight proportions, from 75 to 80% of a mixture of crystallized sulfates and from 25 to 15% of fly ash from coal-fired power plants; the mixture of crystallized sulfates contains, by weight, from 48 to 52% of Fe SO 4 , 7 H 2 O and at least 38% of S0 4 K 2 . The fly ash has the typical composition Al 2 O 3 30% SiO 2 50%, Fe 2 O 3 10%, K 2 O 5%, the rest being traces of various oxides and sulfides. The crystallized sulphates contain, in addition to Fe SO 4 , 7H 2 O and K 2 S0 4 , at least 2% of a sulphate taken from Fe S0 4 , H 2 O, Al 2 (SO 4 ) 3 , 18 H 2 0 and Ca SO 4 , 2 H 2 0. The best results correspond to 8.5% of Fe SO 4 , H 2 O or to 2.5% of Al 2 (SO 4 ) 3 , 18 H 2 0 in the mixture of sulfates.n n n For the use for the rapid setting of anhydrite mortars projected with a lance, in particular in mine support, the proportion of catalyst by weight will be from 0.8 to 1.5% and at best close to 1%. |
