Thieno and furo- [2,3-c] -pyrroles represented by the formula: in which X, and X 2 denote an oxygen or sulfur atom; R denotes a linear or branched alkyl radical containing from 1 to 8 carbon atoms, an alkynyl radical, an alkoxyalkyl radical containing from 3 to 8 carbon atoms or an aromatic residue; R 2 denotes a hydrogen atom or a linear or branched alkyl radical; m = 2 or 3, when m = 2, X, and X 2 denote a sulfur atom, U represents a residue diamino-3,4-cyclobuténdione-1,2 or aminosulfonylformamidine; U can also represent nitrogenous structures in which V denotes a nitrogen atom or a CH fragment; W represents NO 2 or CN; R 3 denotes a hydrogen atom, a linear or branched alkyl radical of 1 to 8 carbon atoms, an alkynyl radical; R 4 denotes an alkyl group containing from 1 to 3 carbon atoms.n n n Medicament with antagonistic action of H 2 receptors of histamine and antiulcerous containing as active ingredient a thieno or furo- [2,3-c] -pyrrole. |
