abstract |
Nuts or seeds or particles thereof are coated with a layer of a cyclodextrin. 0.1 to 300%, preferably 50 to 150% by weight of the cyclodextrin based on the nuts etc may be used. The components of the product may be pulverized or granulated by mechanical grinding together. A clathrate is formed which prevent deterioration and improves appearance and texture. |
