Human monoclonal antibodies against exotoxin of Pseudomonas aeruginosa are produced outside the human body by infecting human lymphocyte B cells having capacity to produce antibody against Pseudomonas exotoxin with EB virus to have it transformed into proliferative cells that are able to be cultivated by passages, proliferating the transformed cells and preparing antibody. Immunoglobulin preparations, bacterial infection remedy and a reagent for diagnosis of infection containing at least one type of the human monoclonal antibodies are also provided. |
