Compounds of formula 1n nwherein:n R represents a hydroxy or C 1 -C 3 alkoxy group; R, represents a C 1 -C 5 linear or blanched alkyl group; R 2 is hydrogen, methyl or ethyl; R 3 and R 4 , which are the same or different, represent hydrogen or C 1 -C 4 alkyl groups, or, taken together with the nitrogen atom to which they are bound, form an optionally substituted pyrrolidine or piperidine group; enantiomer and diastereoisomers thereof; and salts thereof with pharmaceutically acceptable acids. n The compounds I are endowed with interesting pharmacological properties, so as to make them useful in human therapy. |
