titleOfInvention Process for purifying gases from pyrolysis installations of waste material
abstract The invention relates to a process for the purification of gases containing combustible components from the pyrolysis of waste materials. Such gases contain a large number of toxic components, which depend on the type of waste used. The gases must be freed from these components before they are burned. For this purpose, the invention provides that the raw gas is washed in a first washing step with water and formalin, the gas from the first washing step is washed in a second washing step with water, alkali and hydrogen peroxide, the clean gas is derived from the second washing step and from which Washing liquid of the first and second washing stage, the suspended substances are removed and the reaction products dissolved in the washing liquid are converted into harmless use. The process according to the invention is particularly suitable for use in pyrolysis plants.
