New factors have been identified which suppress mitogen, antigen or alloantigen driven cellular proliferation of human peripheral blood leukocytes, as well as antibody synthesis and secretion and growth of human tumor cell lines. n Such factors have potential use for the treatment of graft versus host disease, autoimmuno disease and lympho-proliferative disorders such as leukemia as well as other malignancies. |
