New thieno [2,3-b] pyrrole derivatives, usable as medicaments and corresponding to the formula: in which : R is hydrogen, C 1 to C 5 alkyl, an alkali or alkaline earth metal, or an ammonium, mono-, di- or tri-alkylammonium radical; R 1 is hydrogen, or C 1 -C 5 alkyl; R 2 is hydrogen, C 1 -C 5 alkyl, phenyl or phenylalkyl; R 3 and R 4 , identical or different, each represent hydrogen, halogen, alkyl or alkoxy each from C 1 to C 5 , or R 3 and R 4 together represent -CH = CH-CH = CH-. n n n These new compounds can be used in therapy, particularly in the treatment of acute or chronic pain. |
