titleOfInvention | 5-ethynyl-prostacyclyne, production process thereof and pharmaceutical utilisation thereof |
abstract | 5-Ethinyl-prostacyclin derivatives of formula (I), where R1 represents a hydrogen, an alkyl, a cycloalkyl, an aryl, a heterocyclic residue or a group $ (4,) $, R2 represents a hydrogen atom in alpha or beta or a methyl group in alpha or beta, R3 represents an alkyl, cycloalkyl or aryl group optionally substituted, or a heterocyclic group, A represents a group -CH2-CH2-, -CH = CH- trans or -C = C-, B represents a straight chain alkene group having from 1 to 5 C atoms, D and E together form a direct bond or D represents a saturated straight chain alkene group having from 1 to 5 C atoms, an alkene group saturated with branched chain or unsaturated with straight chain comprising from 2 to 5 atoms of C which can, if necessary, be substituted by atoms of fluorine, E represents an oxygen atom, a group -C = C- or a group -CR4 = CR5-, where R4 and R5 are different from each other, may represent a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group comprising t from 1 to 3 C atoms and, if R1 represents a hydrogen atom, represent the physiologically acceptable salts of said compounds with organic or inorganic bases; their manufacturing process and their pharmaceutical use. |
