titleOfInvention PRESSURE CHAMBER GRINDER.
abstract The pressure chamber grinder allows finely divided material to be grinded into ultrafine particles using jets of a gaseous grinding material directed towards each other at high pressure. The object of the invention is to achieve maximum energy savings and to obtain an optimal grinding process. The invention is characterized in that the grinding apparatus comprises at least one horizontal connecting tube (1) provided with a feed funnel and a push cylinder (2), a pressure equalization tank ( 3) connected to the tube (3), a screw conveyor (4) passing through the bottom of the tank (3) to bring the material in a loose state into a pre-grinder (6) at the outlet of which the material flow -gas is divided into component flows having equivalent speed and composition, which flow components pass through a respective grinding nozzle (10) in the form of a venturi tube, into the own grinding chamber, said nozzles being conically directed towards each other. On the discharge side of the grinding chamber there is a sorting device which returns the coarse fraction directly to the grinding zone of the grinding chamber.
