abstract | R, représente un groupe alkyle en C 1 -C 4 , ou un groupe cycloalkyle en C 3 -C 6 ; R 2 représente l'atome d'hydrogène ou un groupe alkyle en C 1 -C 4 ; R, et R 2 considérés ensemble peuvent former avec l'atome d'azote auquel ils sont liés un groupe N-hétérocyclique de 5 à 7 sommets susceptible (i) de comporter un second hétéroatome notamment choisi parmi N, 0 et S, et (ii) d'être substitué, ledit groupe hétérocyclique NR,R 2 étant notamment choisi parmi l'ensemble constitué par les groupes pyrrolidino, morpholino, thiomorpholino, pipéridino, hexa- méthylène-imino, pipérazino, 4-méthylpipérazino, 4-(β-hydroxyéthyl)-pipérazino, 4-phénylpipérazino, 4-(p-chlorophényl)-pipérazino; The present invention relates, as new industrial products, to derivatives of 1- (acetylaminophenyl) -2-amino-propanone chosen from the group consisting of a) the compounds of formula in which R represents a C 1 -C 4 alkyl group or a C 3 -C 6 cycloalkyl group; R 2 represents the hydrogen atom or a C 1 -C 4 alkyl group; R, and R 2 taken together can form with the nitrogen atom to which they are linked an N-heterocyclic group of 5 to 7 vertices capable (i) of comprising a second heteroatom notably chosen from N, 0 and S, and ( ii) to be substituted, said heterocyclic group NR, R 2 being chosen in particular from the group consisting of the pyrrolidino, morpholino, thiomorpholino, piperidino, hexamethylene imino, piperazino, 4-methylpiperazino, 4- (β-) groups hydroxyethyl) -piperazino, 4-phenylpiperazino, 4- (p-chlorophenyl) -piperazino; n n n Ar represents an acetylaminophenyl group of formula: where X is CHCONH, and, Y and Z which may be the same or different each represent a hydrogen or halogen atom; and, b) their addition salts.n n n These new products are useful in therapy.n n n The invention also relates to their preparation process. |
