titleOfInvention Composition and process for forming inorganic resins
abstract Inorganic resins are formed by mixing:n (a) a liquid component A comprising an aqueous solution of one or both of mono aluminum phosphate and mono magnesium phosphate, the solution having a viscosity of from 700 to 10.000 centipoises; and (b) a liquid component B comprising an aqueous vehicle, a phosphate-reactive constituent which is one or both of wollastonite and magnesium oxide, and a non- reactive dispersing agent, component B having a viscosity permitting it to be rapidly and thoroughly mixed with component A so as to form a slurry which reacts exothermically to form an inorganic resin. n Such inorganic resins may be obtained in non-cellular or cellular form.
