abstract The present invention relates to derivatives of triazolo pyrimidine corresponding to one or other of the following formulas: in which X represents a pyridil nucleus -2, -3 or -4 optionally substituted by at least one alkyl or C 1 -C 4 alkoxy group with a straight or branched chain, hydroxy or cyano. R 1 represents hydrogen, or a C 1 to C 5 aliphatic group, with straight or branched chain, saturated or not and R 2 represents a C 1 to C 4 alkyl group with straight or branched chain, and their salts d 'addition with pharmaceutically acceptable mineral or organic acids.n n n These compounds can be used in therapy, in particular because of their cardiac activity.
