The invention relates to a process for the preparation of compounds containing carboxamide groups, in particular peptides, by reacting compounds which contain a carboxyl group in the presence of dialkylphosphinic anhydrides with compounds which contain a free amino group, which is characterized in that the hydrogen ion concentration of the reaction mixture is metered in keeps a base within a defined range during the reaction and, after the reaction has ended, cleaves off any residues introduced to protect other functional groups. |
