Preactivated surfaces of synthetic materials for immobilizing organochemical and biological substances, process for preparing them and their use |
abstract |
Plastic surfaces are preactivated to immobilize organic chemical and biological materials by coating the surfaces with a polypeptide consisting of a defined composition of hydrophobic amino acids and amino acids with side chains suitable for activation and coupling. After activating plastic surfaces coated in this way with a wide variety of coupling reagents, organic chemical and biological materials can be firmly bound. The materials immobilized in this way are extremely stable under a wide variety of reaction conditions. |
