The subject of the invention is the compounds of formula (1): in which R represents an alkyl radical containing from 1 to 18 carbon atoms, R 2 represents a hydrogen atom or an alkyl radical containing from 1 to 8 carbon atoms and R represents a hydrogen atom or an alkyl radical containing from 1 to 8 carbon atoms, as well as the alkaline, alkaline-earth or amine salts of the products of formula (I) in which R represents a hydrogen atom.n n n The invention also relates to a process for the preparation of the compounds of formula (I), their application as medicaments and the compositions containing them. |
