titleOfInvention | Substituted thiazolidinyl esters made from inorganic acid amides |
abstract | The invention relates to new compounds of the general formula in which one of the symbols R, and R 2 represents an alkyl radical unsaturated in the 2,3-position with 3 or 4 carbon atoms and the other represents such a radical or lower alkyl, R 3 and R 4 independently of one another represent hydrogen or methyl, R 5 and R. independently of one another are hydrogen, lower alkyl, halogenated lower alkyl or lower alkenyl or together lower alkylene optionally interrupted by oxygen, sulfur or optionally substituted nitrogen, X OR 7 or NR.R. means, where R 7 is hydrogen or lower alkyl, and R. and R. independently of one another are hydrogen, lower alkyl, halogenated lower alkyl or lower alkenyl or together lower alkylene optionally interrupted by oxygen, sulfur or optionally substituted nitrogen, or R. together with R 7 or R. denotes a lower alkylene group, and salts of compounds of the general formula I in which R 7 denotes hydrogen. These compounds and their salts show anti-tumor effects. |
