abstract |
The invention relates to water-dilutable coating compositions which contain, as binders, a combination of a film-forming, water-soluble synthetic resin modified with phosphoric acid or a phosphoric acid and a pulverulent polymer suspended therein. The modified synthetic resin is a cocondensate of an optionally oil-modified polyester with an epoxy resin-phosphoric acid and optionally a crosslinking agent based on an amino or phenolic resin. The products are characterized by their good suspension stability and optimal film properties. |
