titleOfInvention Pearl-shaped uncured polymers containing a filler, and process for their preparation
Bead polymers with an average particle size of 5 to 150 μm, which are uniformly filled with an inorganic filler, which can be obtained by containing a mixture (1) (A) 10-60% by weight of a filler based on silicon dioxide, (B) 40-90% by weight of a (meth) acrylic acid ester and optionally (C) 0-20% by weight of further monomers, activated with a polymerization initiator, dispersed in an aqueous solution (II) of a high molecular weight organic dispersant and the dispersion polymerized by heating to the decomposition temperature of the initiator, characterized in that the filler (A) has an average particle size of 5 to 100 µm and with 1 to 25% by weight of an adhesion promoter is treated and that components (B) and (C) essentially comprise only compounds containing an olefinic group.
