titleOfInvention | Measurement device with plural beams |
abstract | FIG. 2 describes a multi-beam measuring arrangement for polarimetric real-time examination of samples (6), in which a linearly polarized measuring beam (M) after passing through the sample (6) by means of a first beam splitter (8), preferably a diffraction device, into a reference beam (R ) and at least one test beam (P) is divided. The intensities of the two partial beams are detected by means of photodiodes (10, 12) and set in relation to one another, the one photodiode (12) being preceded by an analyzer (14) with a fixed transmission direction. The intensity value of the test beam (P) normalized to the intensity of the reference beam (R) by the relationship formation is fed to a digital data processing device (24). An A / D converter (22) connected upstream of the digital data processing device (24) is used to form the ratio. |
