abstract The invention relates to cyclic hexapeptides of the general formula III in which X represents the residue of an L-amino acid of the general formula IIla, where A and B are the same or different and are alkyl with 1 to 3 carbon atoms or A and B together represent a saturated, unsaturated or aromatic mono- or bicyclic structure with 3 to 6 carbon atoms, n = 0 or 1 and Y represents an aliphatic or aromatic L-amino acid, the side chain of which may be hydroxylated, and the salts thereof with physiologically compatible acids, processes for their preparation and their use and their intermediates.
