abstract |
Drug composition based on dihydroergotamine and acetylsalicylic acid. It comprises: a) immediate-release microgranules each formed from a support grain to which a pharmaceutically acceptable salt of dihydroergotamine is attached, b) programmed release microgranules each formed from a support grain to which is fixed a pharmaceutically acceptable salt of dihydroergotamine , coated with a polymer of methacrylic acid or polymethacrylate, c) programmed release microgranules each formed of a support grain covered with a coating consisting of a mixture containing acetylsalicylic acid, the coating being protected by an anionic polymer coating of methacrylic acid. |
