titleOfInvention | METHOD AND DEVICE FOR PRODUCING PROTEINS FROM OIL SEED BY ULTRAFILTRATION. |
abstract | Process for the production of proteins from non-binding oil seeds such as soybeans and peanuts by solubilization and ultrafiltration. A filterable protein mass is produced by extraction from a mixture of water and non-binding oil seeds such as soybeans or peanuts. The mass then passes over an ultrafiltration membrane system with a molecular weight cut-off of approximately 70,000 and preferably 100,000 daltons or more. During the passage of the mass over the ultrafiltration membrane, the concentration or dilution of the protein mass is adjusted correctly in order to ensure the separation in the permeate of a considerable part of this fraction of the constituents which produce color and color. aroma in the final product. |
