Use of a compound of the formula (I) n nwherein: nR is 2-,3-or 4-pyridyl, pyrazinyl, 3- or 4-pyridazinyl, or 2-, n4- or 5-pyrimidinyl; nR¹ is hydroxy, methoxy or ethoxy; nR² is C₁-C₁₀ alkyl, C₃-C₈ cycloalkyl, C₁-C₄ haloalkyl or n nR³ is C₁-C₁₀ alkyl, C₃-C₈ cycloalkyl, C₃-C₈ cycloalkyl nbearing one or two substituents selected from the group connsisting of C₁-C₄ alkyl, halogen, C₁-C₄ haloalkyl, and C₁-C₄ nhaloalkoxy, or R³ is n nR⁴ is halogen, C₁-C₄ alkyl, C₁-C₄ alkoxy, C₁-C₄ haloalkyl nor C₁-C₄ haloalkoxy; nZ is -CH₂-(CH₂) m -O- or a direct link; neach m is independently 0, 1 or 2; or nR² and R³, when taken together with the carbon atom to nwhich they are attached, form dibenzo[A,D]cyclohepta[1,4]n-dienylidene, 9-fluorenylidene, 9-thioxanthenylidene, 10,11n-dihydro-5H-dibenzo[A,D]cyclohepten-5-ylidene or 1,2,3,4-ntetrahydronaphthalen-1-ylidene; nor an agriculturally-ecceptable salt thereof as an antifugal nagent or plant growth regulator. |
