titleOfInvention | Process for the dyeing of textile goods containing flame retarding linear polyester fibres |
abstract | (57) Poor wet fastness properties and unsatisfactory fastness to heat setting when dyeing on flame-retardant PES fibers with conventional disperse dyes include the use of such textile goods in the object sector, such as use-bound textile articles, sportswear and the like. out. The reduced resistance to hot water of such disperse dyes on the modified fibers can lead to problems because of the risk of bleeding during washing.n n n The use of disperse dyes containing highly polarized groups in the molecule for dyeing flame-retardant PES fibers considerably improves the dyeing results in relation to the fastness properties sought and thus opens up further areas of use for the fiber types mentioned. The flame retardant behavior of the textile goods is not affected. |
