C<sub>2</sub>-C<sub>16</sub> alkynyl, aryl containing up to 14 carbon atoms, and arylalkyl containing up to 20 carbon atoms;R' and R" are each H or methyl;R<sup>2</sup> and R<sup>2a</sup> are each H or R, as defined above;R<sup>3</sup> and R<sup>3a</sup> are each H or alkyl containing from 1 to 4 carbons;R<sup>4</sup> and R<sup>4a</sup> are each H or alkyl containing from 1 to 4 carbons;and their non-toxic, pharmacologically acceptable acid addition salts.
