New trisubstituted guanidines linked to a piperidine. It specifically relates to the cyanoguanidines of general formula I in which R1, R2, R3, R4 are substituents n is equal to 0 or 1, n 'is equal to 0 or 1, A and B represent CH2, CHOH, CO or a single bond as well as the salts of these compounds with an inorganic or organic acid. These compounds have valuable pharmacological properties which make them useful as an active drug principle. |
