Free-flowing silica or silicates loaded with surfactant, which are loaded with 0.7 to 2.0 times the measured pore volume of an aqueous solution of an anionic surfactant, the pore volume being filled by the aqueous phase of the solution and the surfactant phase of the anionic surfactants is also included.
