titleOfInvention 2-Functionalised diaryl as-triazines useful in therapy
abstract The present invention relates to the therapeutic use of new triazine derivatives endowed with analgesic and anti-aggregating properties which can be used in the treatment of pain, migraines. The new derivatives have the general formula: <IMAGE> R and R ', identical or different, represent a hydrogen, alkyl, alkoxy, a dialkoylamino, a halogen. The group R1 is a functionalized alkyl group or a group of heterocyclic type, R1 more particularly represents a morpholino alkyl, dimethylamino ethyl, alkoxy alkyl, alkenoxy alkyl, hydroxy alkyl, acetamido, haloalkyl, dimethylaminoalkyl, N-methylpyl diethylmalonyl-2, alkenyl amino alkyl, nicotinoyloxy ethyl-2, dihydroxyalkyl, excluding compounds in which R1 represents an alkyl, alkenyl group or a ketone function.
