abstract Process for the treatment of faecal waste by treatment with clay minerals, which is characterized in that (a) the faecal waste is allowed to act on faecal waste with faecal-specific anaerobic and aerobic microorganisms and with plant preparations promoting the growth of these microorganisms and with smectite clay enriched with lime, and (b ) adds an acidic phosphate to the fecal waste treated in this way shortly before it is applied.
