abstract A dialysis device (10) which has a unit (12) for producing the dialysis solution as well as a dialyzer (14) and a detector (32) arranged upstream of the dialyzer, with which the composition of the dialysis solution can be regulated. A further detector (50) is provided downstream of the dialyzer (14), the measurement results of the detectors (32, 50) being compared with one another in a differentiating unit (64) and, if appropriate, the differentiating unit (54) being able to regulate the composition of the dialyzing solution. In particular in the case of high-performance dialysers, the composition of the dialysis solution can be adapted directly and at any time to the desired conditions using the above dialysis device.
