For heating devices that consist of a combination of an (oil-powered) boiler with an exhaust gas heat pump, acidic condensate accumulates in the area of the heat pump. It is difficult to remove it. A neutralization unit assigned to the heating device is therefore proposed, which neutralizes the acid, in particular sulfuric acid, in the condensate, so that the condensate can then be passed into the sewer. The neutralization unit contains a basic neutralizing agent, in particular magnesium oxide, through which the condensate is passed. |
