The had device is designed as a scrotal belt with or without a passage opening for the penis or as underpants or briefs with a passage opening for the penis.n n n The device for collecting the urine is - particularly in the case of urge incontinence - a water-impermeable bag or - in the case of urinary drips - a bag made of air-permeable absorbent material.n n n Instead of the device for collecting the urine, a device for clamping the urethra can also be provided. The holding device and the device for collecting the urine or the device for clamping the urethra can be made in one piece or releasably connected to one another.
